The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corp. (IndyGo) has posted an invitation for engineering companies answer an RFQ for design work on the Blue Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.
RFP 17-11-279 says:
This project will complete environmental reports, final design, and construction design support for the Blue Line Bus Rapid Transit project, resulting in NEPA clearance and a complete set of biddable construction plans. IPTC previously contracted for these same services for the Red Line BRT project in 2015 and for the Purple Line in 2017.
