Felderman Design-Build of Fort Wayne says it has been awarded a design-build contract by VEREIT Inc. for a new Five Bel⁰w store in Lafayette.
The store at Lafayette Pavillions is part of a discount chain selling toys, gadgets, beauty products, candy and other items all for $5 or less. The chain has more than 600 stores.
The news follows At Home‘s announcement that they will open a location in 2018 at the site of the old Kmart,The Journal and Courier reports. Five Bel⁰w is the second big box store to announce entry into the Lafayette market in 2018.
