Floyd Host LLC started construction on a Marriott-branded hotel in New Albany, Louisville Business First has reported.
The three-story Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott will feature 90 rooms and 26 suites.
Financial details of the project were not disclosed.
The around 45,000-sq. ft. hotel will offer complimentary breakfast service, a small market, a fitness center, spa and indoor pool. Berea-based Central Kentucky Design designed the complex, according to the report.
