Duneland School Board awards construction contracts for three projects


The Duneland School Board said that it awarded contracts for constructions of three projects over the summer, NWI.com reported.

Gariup Construction was awarded contracts on two separate projects. The first project includes renovation and relocation of the art and kindergarten rooms at Bailly Elementary, while the second project includes construction of a storage facility at Brummitt Elementary. The company bid $526,500 on the Bailly project and $196,500 for the work at Brummitt.

Meanwhile, Mr. David’s Flooring International was awarded a contract for replacement of the carpeted gymnasium floors at Yost and Jackson elementary schools. The company made a bid of $153,429.
