Envoy, an Indianapolis-based construction management and development company, plans to build a two-story office building in Elkhart.
The $7.5-million project could be built on the land of Elkhart’s Civic Plaza, according to ABC 57 News.
Envoy recently submitted its plan to the Elkhart Redevelopment Commission. The building will would have individual office spaces to allow small companies to compete with the larger businesses in Michiana, according to the report.
The commission plans to hold a meeting for public discussion in the near future.
