Sunbeam Development Corp. is developing a 933,825-sq.-ft. industrial facility in Franklin.
The Franklin Tech Park will be built on the 63.75-acre site located at Interstate-65 and State Road 44, according to REjournals.
The spec building will offer 36-foot clear heights, 96 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 70-foot loading bays, LED light fixtures, an ESFR sprinkler system and more than 800 car parking spaces.
Robert Dugger, director of project and development services with Cushman & Wakefield, will manage the construction project.
Sunbeam has hired Compass Commercial Construction, JRA Architecture and Studio A of Indianapolis to provide construction, architectural and engineering services for the project.
