Construction has started on a $5 million sports performance facility at the Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield.
The project, dubbed the Pro X Facility, will be located just west of the Grand Park Events Center, reported Inside Indiana Business.
The 60,000-square-foot facility will include a variety of services of athletes of all sports including physical training, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sport-specific instruction. It will feature a 3,000-square-foot weight room, 38,000 square feet of open turf, 22 batting cages, two full swing golf simulators, and a fully-operational sports rehab/physical therapy office.
Construction is scheduled for completion in early 2019.
