Vocera Communications, Inc. is expanding and improving its 28,000-square-foot Fort Wayne facility.
The Hagerman Group, a construction solutions provider with locations in Fort Wayne and Fishers, Ind. and Louisville, Ky., is the construction manager for the project with Fort Wayne architect MKM architecture + design leading the design team.
A press release issued by the Hagerman Group said the renovation extends Vocera’s footprint 50 percent and mirrors the look and feel of the company’s headquarters in San Jose, Calif.
The office upgrade includes new finishes and information technology systems, redesigned workspaces for more than 80 employees and the addition of more windows, conference rooms and a training center. New amenities include a larger break area, a wellness room, game room and phone rooms.
