Vivera Senior Living is proposing a senior housing project in the City of Columbus.
The $15-million senior housing project calls for construction of a four-story, 141-unit facility on the site of the Bartholomew County Annex Building.
The complex will be developed by Vivera Senior Living of Columbus LLC and JLB Columbus GP LLC. Kentucky-based Marian Group created JLB Columbus GP LLC as part of the development which will include 52 efficiency and 62 one-bedroom units, according to The Republic.
In addition to and one-bedroom apartments, the facility will also feature a dining room to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a patio, laundry services, and a nurse-call system.
Construction is expected to begin in November and would take more than a year, shows documents filed by the developer with the city.
Marian Group is seeking a municipal tax abatement for the project.
