The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (ICHE) has unanimously approved three projects totalling $38.1 million at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus, according to published reports.

The work includes a $10.2 million renovation to Indiana Memorial Union dining areas, a $17.5 million international center and a $4 million renovation of the ground floor at the Herman B Wells Library.

The IU Board of Trustees approved the library renovation project at its August meeting in Evansville. The international center and the dining facility renovation projects were approved at the IU board’s June meeting in Gary.

Indiana’s State Budget Committee will review the projects for final approval.
