Noblesville Common Council has approved a $24.3 million mixed-use project in the heart of downtown.
The proposal for the project called The Levinson, was presented by Rebar Development. The project, located on the half block bordered by Eighth and Ninth streets, Maple Avenue and the east/west alley south of Conner St., will provide commercial space, apartment homes, and a parking garage.
The project includes 73 market-rate and 10 affordable-rate studio, one- and two-bedroom modern apartments with a rooftop deck and contemporary amenities. Additionally, there will be a 2,000-sq.-ft. lobby along Eighth St., and 5,100 sq. ft. of commercial space for retail, office along Ninth St.
The project also includes a four level, 337-space parking garage. A minimum of 237 spaces will be available for paid public parking.
Construction is expected to begin in March with plans for the garage to be completed by January 2020. The apartments are anticipated to open in the fall of 2020.
