Northern Indiana Anodize is building an $8-million headquarters building in Fort Wayne.
The 47,000-sq.-ft. structure is located on Bluffton Road just off I-469, Inside Indiana Business report.
“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get the business off the ground, and starting construction makes us feel like the work is paying off,” stated Bruce Fogler, the company’s chief financial officer. “This building will allow us to provide top-quality service that’s in high demand in our region. We can’t wait to get started.”
The site will house anodizing services that will be used for the automotive, construction, boating, and industrial markets throughout the Midwest, the company says.
Construction of the facility is expected to be completed in March 2019. It is expected to create as many as 48 new jobs by the end of 2021.
