The Indianapolis Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC) has approved tax abatements for two projects on the city’s west side reaching nearly $11.5 million, Inside INdiana Business reports.
Japanese headquartered Ryoei USA Inc. has proposed investing more than $2.5 million to build a 16,000-sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution plant in the Purdue Research Park at Ameriplex. South Bend based Holladay Properties is developing the project.
Meanwhile, Sentry Ventures LLC from Indianapolis plans to invest nearly $9 million to build and equip a 30,000-sq. ft. addition to its existing Sentry BioPharma Services business.
