Indiana University Health plans to build a 25,000-sq.-ft. medical office building in northeast Fort Wayne at the intersection of Stellhorn and Lahmeyer Rd.
The facility will include primary care, an outpatient imaging center, laboratory services, urgent care and community rooms to support the needs of Fort Wayne residents, News-Sentinel reports.
Construction on the medical office building will begin in May.
In addition, IU Health is building a primary care office on the north side of Fort Wayne. The 10,000-sq.-ft. of space, located at 10215 Auburn Park Drive off Dupont Rd.
