Leo Brown Group has started construction of a 129-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Columbus.
Dubbed Traditions of Columbus, the community will sit on 17 acres. It will be managed by Traditions Management, a management company of Leo Brown.
Construction of the $28 million project will begin immediately, according to Indianapolis-based Leo Brown, which has developed more than 15 communities in the Midwest totaling more than 2,000 units.
Traditions of Columbus will have a 24-hour nursing staff and will offer a movie theater, fitness center and activities center.
The developer plans to complete construction in late 2020.
