Domo Development Co. has acquired the 18-story tower in Downtown Evansville and plans to begin a major redevelopment project.
The office tower at 420 Main St. is the former headquarters for Old National Bank. The 149,000 sq. ft. tower is the tallest building within 120 miles.
Domo plans to redevelop the building as a mixed-use project containing ground floor restaurants and retail, office space, over 60 apartments, four levels of indoor parking, and indoor-outdoor amenity spaces available for all tenants.
The company did not disclose any construction timeline.
