The city’s Redevelopment Commission has approved a new seven-story mixed-use development in downtown Fort Wayne.

The $43 million project will feature nearly 70,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space, as well as a 383-space public parking garage.

Developer Ashberry Eight is expected to begin construction by the end of the year and complete it in about two years.
