Mike Weber has been appointed as Rieth-Riley‘s new chief financial officer/treasurer.
The employee-owned company has operations in Gary, Valparaiso and LaPorte.
Weber, an Indiana University graduate who lives near the company’s headquarters in Goshen, has been with Rieth-Riley for 16 years, nwi.com reported. He started as controller and was responsible for managing the firm’s accounting, information technology and systems functions, as well as integrating acquisitions as it has grown.
Rieth-Riley focuses on heavy and highway construction projects. Northwest Indiana projects include the $200 million Indiana Toll Road rehabilitation project between Portage and Elkhart; the roundabout at 93rd Ave. and Chase St., in Crown Point; and part of the Gary/Chicago International Airport expansion.
