Sprague Hotel Developers is starting construction on a more than $13 million hotel project in in the city of Franklin.
The 92-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton will be located just off the I-65 and King Street interchange in the Franklin Gateway Development, Inside Indiana Business reports.
Carmel-based CTI Construction LLC is responsible for the construction of the hotel. Construction is expected to be complete by October 2019.
