The owners of Archer's Meats and Catering have closed their business in Fishers and sold the property to a developer who has assembled land parcels for a $60 million project

A developer has plans for a $60 million development on the south side of 116th St. in Fishers.

The project would include include apartments, office space and restaurants, says Boomerang Development LLC president Corby Thompson.

The new development, related to the closure and sale of the property of Archer’s Meats & Catering, will bring the sort of development seen on the street’s north side to the south, says The Indianapolis Business Journal. The northern side has seen nearly $90 million between three projects, bringing office, retail, restaurant and housing options to the suburb’s downtown district.

Thompson says a total of four acres are under contract for the project, but he declined to specify the other parcels.
